Radovan sa stal konzultantom spoločnosti Expense Reduction Analysts v polovici roka 2021.
Počas svojej profesijnej kariéry pracoval viac ako 20 rokov vo viacerých odvetviach financií a korporátneho bankovníctva, v oblastiach ako je faktoring a forfaiting, financovanie EU fondov, financovania potravinárskych a poľnohospodárskych podnikov, štruktúrovaného financovania ako aj projektového financovania v oblasti obnoviteľných zdrojov energie.
V bankovníctve strávil posledných 10 rokov na pozícií manažmentu, kde stál za úspešným vybudovaním značky banky v oblasti agrifood s vedúcim trhovým postavením v segmente. Venoval sa tiež vedeniu tímu produktových špecialistov a vývoju produktov v oblasti EU fondov a OZE.
V rámci expertízy v ERA svete sa primárne fokusuje na banking a financie (primárne úverové zdroje, optimalizácia štruktúry a zabezpečenia úverových obchodov, v neposlednom rade aj ceny financovania.) Zároveň sa v posledných projektoch v rámci ERA venoval oblasti Telekomunikácií, kde zaznamenal pozoruhodné výsledky v oblasti úspory či nových technických riešení.

During his professional career, he worked for more than 20 years in several branches of finance and corporate banking, in areas such as factoring and forfeiting, financing of EU funds, financing of food and agricultural enterprises, structured financing as well as project financing in the field of renewable energy sources.
He spent the last 10 years in banking in a management position, where he was behind the successful building of the bank’s brand in the field of agrifood with a leading market position in the segment. He was also involved in leading a team of product specialists and product development in the field of EU funds and RES.
As part of his expertise in the ERA world, he primarily focuses on banking and finance (primary credit sources, optimization of the structure and security of credit transactions, and last but not least, financing prices.) At the same time, in the last projects within the framework of ERA, he devoted himself to the field of Telecommunications, where he recorded remarkable results in areas of savings or new technical solutions.
